“ I just ordered the core trio: carne guisada with cheese, chilaquiles, and machacado. First off, the tortillas were super soft and fresh!! Must be homemade! The CG w/cheese was tender. Small chunks of beef in light brown sauce. Not too heavy on seasoning as I would like, but good. Chilaquiles was stuffed! Very good tortilla chip taste and sauce was great! Not much if any cheese. Machado was good. Nothing crazy special. Prices were fair and would go back just to try the tortillas again! ”
